The Fifth Global Forum on Oceans, Coasts and Islands (Global Oceans Conference 2010, “Ensuring Survival, Preserving Life, Improving Governance”) was held at UNESCO in Paris. IDDRI, one of the coordinators, was present as an organizer of several technical panels and presentations:
