This side event will invite policy makers and experts to exchange their views and understandings related to the ambition and challenges of China’s INDC. This side event will also present key findings in the project report “ Addressing Climate Change by Innovation of Climate Change” supported by the PMR on China’s post-2020 low carbon scenarios. The side event will be co-organized by China National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC) and World Bank.
