Scott Barrett is Professor of Natural Resource Economics at the Lenfest-Earth Institute and SIPA (Columbia University). Previously, he was a professor at the Johns Hopkins University School (Washington, DC), where he directed the International Politics programme, and taught at the London Business School. Scott Barrett is a Research Associate at the Beijer Institute (Stockholm), CESifo (Munich) and the Kiel Institute of World Economics. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics.
