Adèle Tanguy is a research fellow on climate risks and adaptation policies within the Climate programme.
Before joining IDDRI, she specialised in this field, working on development cooperation projects as an expert consultant on water policies and climate change. This led her to experiment and study in the field the issues involved in adapting populations and societies.
After graduating in international relations from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes (France), Adèle went on to specialise in environmental policy at the Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs.
