After 20 years in global health advocacy, Khalil Elouardighi led Iddri's programs from 2019 to 2022, and then headed a think tank on global public goods. From 2008 to 2019 he also served on the boards of international institutions such as Unitaid and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Today he continues to support IDDRI on issues of intellectual impact and democratic renewal.
