Maxime Ulatowski is involved in setting up and monitoring IDDRI's European and international projects, particularly in managing the ‘Deep Decarbonization Pathways’ programme. Before joining IDDRI, Maxime was in charge of monitoring humanitarian and development projects within the Fondation de France on several operations (Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Ukraine). He also worked on agro-ecology projects during an experience in Palestine and on projects aimed at integrating rural youth through international mobility projects. Maxime holds a Master's degree in European and International Studies from the University of Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle and a Master's degree in Governance of Sustainable Development Projects in Southern Countries (GPDS) from the University of Paris Saclay.
