Environment, inequalities, health: what strategy for French food policies?
On April 4, France launched a public consultation on its future national strategy for food, nutrition and climate (SNANC). In 2023, IDDRI published a Study on the strategy, with concrete proposals on its form and content, advocating in particular for sufficient ambition to ensure the implementation of the food transition.
