This lecture is presented as part of the event series "Geopolitics of the Ecological Transition" taking place in the Spring semester 2019, organised by Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) and the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI).
The Pacific Community (SPC) is the principal scientific and technical organisation in the Pacific region, supporting development since 1947. It is a unique international development organisation owned and governed by its 26 country and territory members.
