In recent years, the economic sector has focused its attention to aspects that are no longer strictly financial: climate change and social development. "Green bonds" emerged, or indebtedness directly linked to environmentally friendly development, whose emissions evolved positively in 2016.
It is a long-term investment market in which 70% of the so-called "bonds" are marketed over more than ten years, and in which the issuers concerned are increasingly involved: multilateral entities, international investment institutions, public, financial, energy and administrative structures.
The objective of this conference will be to analyse the risks and opportunities of the financial sector in the face of the challenges posed by climate change.
