The ‘Southern’ part of the forum relates both to participation (which is predominantly but not exclusively from the global South : Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Ghana, India, Mozambique, Peru, South Africa, Zambia) and the substantive concerns of development, poverty and inequality, as we address climate change.
