A meeting with the authors of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5°C for the First Lead Author Meeting of the Special Report. This event, involving 86 scientific, technical and socio - economic experts from 39 countries, initiates work on the Special Report, which will be completed in September 2018.
