At the Conseil Constitutionnel, 2 Rue de Montpensier, 75001 Paris
A presentation by Teresa Ribera during the Nuit du Droit (Law Night), an event organised by the Conseil Constitutionnel (French Constitutional Council).
Presentation:
During this event, four round tables will be organised on key issues of the public debate – "Civil liberties and the fight against terrorism"; "Law and environmental protection"; "Artificial intelligence and law"; "Labour law, law and labour", comparing the viewpoints of lawyers, scholars, public actors and civil society leaders.
The Nuit du Droit is structured around two parts, each giving rise to two simultaneous debates lasting an hour and a half. For each round table, high-level speakers, a lawyer, a practitioner and a thinker, will compare their ideas. In addition, for the duration of the event, a pop-up bookshop will be open to the public, with publications by the speakers and a selection of books on the subjects addressed.
