Teresa Ribera will participate to this Regional Dialogue of the European Union, the Candidate Countries and the Potential Candidates on the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) to the 2015 Climate Agreement.
The meeting is organized by the ECRAN program (www.ecranetwork.org) and aims to underline the political importance of submission of meaningful INDCs and to educate participants on the importance of the climate issue.
