Making norms work for the environment. Best practices and lessons learned

In the framework of this international seminar organised by the Health & Environment programme of the French Institute for International Relations (Ifri), Lucien Chabason will be speaker of a session entitled "Out of climate change’s shadow: fighting biodiversity loss"; Norichika Kanie will be the discussant of the session "Preventing climate change. Looking outside the UNFCCC framework"; and Laurence Tubiana will give the concluding address.
