A presentation by Teresa Ribera at the 18th annual conference of the German Council for Sustainable Development.
Following approval ofthe United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the German federal government fundamentally revised its sustainability strategy and commissioned it to be reviewed by a panel of experts under the aegis of Helen Clark, former Head of the United Nations Development Programme and former Prime Minister of New Zealand; subsequent to its review, the panel will make recommendations. These recommendations are to be presented publicly at the RNE annual conference. This forum offers participants of the annual conference the opportunity to pose questions directly to certain members of the international panel of experts about their work and their conclusions and to comment on these.
