The seminar is based on the presentation by Alicia Barcena, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), of the institution's recent report: "The Inefficiency of Inequality".
Sébastien Treyer will comment the main messages of this report and put them in perspective with regards to the ecological transition challenges and the strategic issues of cooperation between the Latin American and European regions.
