Presentation:
This report focuses on the Factor 4 objective of reducing CO2 emissions by 75% by 2050, compared to the 1990 level. This target is contained in the Energy Policy bill (Programme d’Orientation de la Politique énergétique française, POPE) enacted 13 July 2005 in France. To achieve this goal it is necessary to pursue the previous studies published by Cahiers du CLIP on the outlook for housing in metropolitan France in 2050.
