Raphael Billé will take an active part in the World Ocean Conference, in Manado (Indonesia) from May 11 to May 15. 

During the Preparatory Panel Meetings and Discussions, he will participate to the discussion on "Emphasis on the Central Role of Oceans in Climate and Putting Ocean/Climate Issues in the Climate Negotiations and Vice Versa" (May 11, 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.), and the one on "Encourage a Wide Range of Adaptation Efforts (Soft, Hard, Floating) in the Context of Ecosystem-based and Integrated Coastal and Ocean Management" (May 12, 10:15 a.m. to 12:00Noon).

He will be one of the panelist on the Panel 4, titled " The Ocean and Climate Change Agenda: Hanoi, Manado, Copenhagen and Beyond" (May 13, 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.).
