Une intervention de Sébastien Treyer lors de la 23ème conférence annuelle EEAC (The European Environment and Sustainable Development Advisory Councils), organisé au sein du Ministère de l'Écologie, du Développement durable et de l'Énergie. Cet événement se déroule parallèlement et en collaboration avec le 13ème atelier ESDN (European Sustainable Devlopment Network) dont le thème est "Strengthening environmental and sustainable development dialogue in Europe in the context of the 2030 SD Agenda".
