Élie Bellevrat is an expert in climate policies and the economics of the energy sector.
He joined Iddri from 2011 to 2013 in order to coordinate the Learning Platform of public climate policies which involves the EU, China and India. Prior to Iddri, he worked as a research engineer at the LEPII-EPE (French CNRS) between 2005 and 2008, and then as a consultant at Enerdata between 2008 and 2011.
Élie is a graduate engineer in France and received a MSc degree on Energy and Environmental Economics at the French Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires (INSTN).
