ecbi Seminar on COP 17 outcomes for Africa Group Negotiators

An international seminar organised by the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI), on behalf of the European Capacity Building Initiative (ecbi).
A seminar bringing together representatives from the Africa Group, to discuss the outcomes of the 17th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) held in Durban (South Africa from 28th November to 9th December 2011), held on March 29th and 30th  2012 in Paris, France.
